1. Eligibility and Account Registration

• Wholesale Customers Only: Our website is exclusively for legitimate businesses engaged in the automotive service or related industries, primarily tire shops, seeking to purchase supplies for resale or professional use. By registering for an account, you certify that you are a valid business and agree to use our products solely for business purposes.

• Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Approval Process: Omni Tools and Supplies reserves the right to approve or deny any wholesale account application at its sole discretion. We may require additional documentation to verify your business status.

2. Ordering and Pricing

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): A minimum order quantity of $50 is required for all wholesale orders, or minimum order quantities may apply per product and will be clearly indicated on the product page.

• Wholesale Pricing: All prices listed on the website are wholesale prices and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, and shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

• Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Omni Tools and Supplies. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product description, or suspected fraud.

• Order Changes and Cancellations: Any changes or cancellations to an order must be submitted in writing to infosales@omnitns.com within 1 business days of placing the order. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been shipped. For customized or special-order items, cancellation may not be possible once production has commenced.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment Methods: We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Zelle. We do not accept personal checks.

• Payment Due: Payment in full is required at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. For approved accounts, we may offer Net 30 payment terms . Eligibility for net terms is at our sole discretion and may require a credit application and approval.

• Late Payments: Invoices unpaid after their due date will be subject to a late fee of 5% per month (or the maximum amount permitted by Texas law, whichever is lower) on the outstanding balance until paid in full. Omni Tools and Supplies reserves the right to suspend further deliveries or services for accounts with overdue payments.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be added to your invoice.

• Shipping Methods: We utilize UPS, FedEx, USPS or a carrier of our choice for all shipments. If you have a preferred carrier or require special shipping arrangements, please contact us prior to placing your order. Additional charges may apply.

• Delivery Timeframes: Estimated lead times and delivery dates will be provided at the time of order confirmation. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Omni Tools and Supplies is not liable for any delays, loss, or damage in transit caused by the carrier or events beyond our control.

• Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for products pass to the buyer upon our delivery of the goods to the carrier.

• Inspection of Goods: Upon receipt of your shipment, you must inspect all products immediately for damage or discrepancies. Any damage, defects, or shipping errors must be reported to Omni Tools and Supplies in writing (via email to infosales@omnitns.com within 2 business days of delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of your claim.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• No Returns on Non-Defective Items: Due to the wholesale nature of our business, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective merchandise.

• Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must contact us within 2 business days of delivery as outlined in the "Inspection of Goods" section above. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement of the damaged item or a refund, at our discretion. Returned products must be in their original packaging.

• Unauthorized Returns: Products returned without prior written authorization from Omni Tools and Supplies will not be credited to your account.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Omni Tools and Supplies or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
